Drabble 11 - InuKai - "Understanding"
For A.A. - I'm terribly sorry, but the fic I had planned for you just wasn't working, so I went with your original request. I hope you don't mind too much.
This is the sequel to 'Premature' and 'Afternoon Tea', though each part can be read on its own.
Title: Understanding

Pairing: Inui x Kaidoh

Understanding
Passing through the crowd of weeping females – 42% chance that they were mourning the loss of Eiji – Inui walked toward the school gates. The graduation ceremonies were over; there really was no reason for him to stay any longer, not when-
He stopped short. A slender, tanned hand was wrapped tightly around his wrist; its owner was steadily avoiding his gaze.
“Senpai,” Kaidoh began, “I-I want you to know-” He broke off, biting his lip.
Inui pulled his kouhai into his arms, eliciting a fiery blush.
“I know, Kaidoh,” he murmured against the relieved throb of his heartbeat, “I know.”

AN: Well, my little trilogy if over now, and it seems that I have finally managed to conquer the InuKai angst beast. I hope everyone is satisfied with the ending.
