Thoughts on Shadow Magic

First of all, love love love for the entire book. As much as I adore Havemercy, I honestly think that Shadow Magic was more polished and better-executed.

At first I thought that my favourite character was Caius, since I enjoyed his POV the most, but after thinking about it a bit, I've realized that my favourite character is actual Alcibiades, as seen by Caius. He's so grumpy and darling! =D

Kind of weird to think that Caius is so young . . . he 'feels' much older.

(BTW? Caius & Alcibiades totally remind me of Fai & Kurogane. Anyone else see it?)


Mamoru & Kouje are so freaking adorable.

Loved the Royston cameo at the end.

Um . . . I had more to say, but I've forgotten it now. (>_<)



Favourite line? "[I]t would be more difficult, perhaps, than training a dog[.]"
I want an icon of that line. :)
