Summary: Judas will not forgive the one he betrayed.

Notes: Based more on a twisted version of biblical events than on JCS. Presupposes Judas subscribes to the Catholic belief re: suicide, and that he killed himself by jumping over a cliff with a rope tied to his neck at one end, and a tree at the other.



The Price of Betrayal

The man stood at the edge of the cliff, shaded by a barren tree, and smiled a bitter, twisted smile. He would have his vengeance yet.

“You must do this for me, Judas!”
The rope was soft and easily knotted.
“You shall be the most revered disciple.”
He tied it around the tree trunk.
“You say you love me – prove it.”
The noose settled gently around his neck.
“Kill me and be with me forever.”

Judas jumped, and then he fell. As he fell, he laughed and laughed and laughed and then he was dead, so he laughed no more.
