Moving in . . .

So, I'm sort of moved in to my new apartment, and sort of moved onto Insanejournal. I still need to copy over and post a bunch of backdated entries, but it'll be a few days before I get to that, what with the new apartment and new city and looking for a new job and all that.

LOL, it was total chaos. There was no carpet when we moved in, and the carpet people couldn't come until Tuesday - and then they showed up over 2 hour late, left without finishing, came back Wednesday morning (today) at 8, and finished all 45 minutes worth of work they'd left undone.

We had to move everything - even our beds! onto the balcony or in the kitchen so that they could put in the carpets.
