Criminal Minds 13-15
Catching up on Criminal Minds tonight - have DLed eps 13-15 and settling in to watch.
Reid looks unhappy. *sticks pin in Gideon-voodoo-doll* He's looked progressively more and more unhappy since The Bastard left the show.
I'm guessing detective-lady planted that evidence in case the team didn't take the case.

Okay, now damn that's creepy. I get it when newspapers want to sensationalize a murder by giving the killer a name, but from a cop? It actually makes me shudder.
Actually, I'm starting to think that maybe the cop did it - set the whole thing up out of some misguided hero complex or need for attention. Not hugely likely, but possible. She's far to happy about this.

Okay, but if she was the killer, then she could have planted the hairs at the crime scene *before* it was a crime scene to be found by someone else. And five years is a long time to wait and set things up. I'll rescind my earlier suspicions about her being the killer, but I'm still deeply suspicious of her involvement in the case.

*So* not interested in the Gideon-replacement's issues, but I feel bad for the grown-up kidsl.

And writers? That goes out to you too. Stop torturing him, and start making him a well-adjusted human being.
Good for you, standing up to him and trying to diffuse the tension. I would see this as a sign of personal growth/development and moving-on-from-Gideon, if only Gideon hadn't done almost the exact same thing with almost the exact same wording with the stutterer in the second episode. And Reid doesn't forget anything.
